It’s called the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval and those who display it have been through a rigorous validation process. They’ve pledged to adhere to a strict code of ethics, a best business practices policy, and an ethics grievance review process. They also receive ongoing education and have submitted to criminal background checks. The Lending Integrity Seal of Approval is a service of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
The United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has authorized
American Reverse Mortgage through the Federal Housing Administration
(FHA) to provide Reverse Mortgages for Senior Americans 62 and
older. American Reverse Mortgage is a HUD Direct Endorsement Non-Supervised Lender.
The Federal National Mortgage Association (FannieMae) has historically purchased virtually all FHA Reverse Mortgages. American Reverse Mortgage is a FannieMae Reverse Mortgage Seller-Servicer.
Today's North American Better Business Bureau
(BBB) system is the pre-eminent force for marketplace ethics,
operating a range of programs and services to promote ethical
business conduct. These programs include voluntary standards
and codes of practice, dispute resolution processes, and information
and education programs that touch millions of consumers and
businesses each year. American Reverse Mortgage is proud

American Reverse

Association (NRMLA), which provides a Code of Conduct that we
agree to observe when working with the senior community and
their families.

Brokers (NAMB) support responsible legislative actions and protect
consumers through responsible mortgage business practices.
